Removes arbitrary self-assigned readiness percentages and role-fit scores from the Job Readiness workspace. Replaces them with evidence tracks, concrete next-proof actions, and evidence-mapped role families so the employer-facing surface reflects verifiable repository/build evidence rather than invented credentials.
