What changed

Adds Hakim (entities/ha/hakim.yaml) and one offer for the MENA Hakim Startup Program: $6,000 in workspace credits (published as equivalent to 6 months of Business at $999/mo), early unreleased model access, weekly technical office hours, direct Slack support, and co-marketing.
