How to use WebGISDemo with MapHttpService:

1. Start MapHttpService with right datasurce, an example:

   listenPort=8899
   database.dbType=0 # Use SQLite
   database.Sqlite.SqliteDbPath=D:\GIS\MapDownloader\MapDownloader\bin\Release\MapCache\TileDBv5\en\Data.gmdb

2. Publish the page "map.html" to chrome to play.
