CI failing: action-cached golangci-lint 1.64.8 built with go1.24 can't parse config targeting go1.26.2 (go.mod). "latest" was resolving stale. Explicit pin avoids the mismatch and drops v6's Node 20 deprecation warn. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
