…admin relayed through this one, from Manage on the All panels page Manage on a panel's detail starts manage mode: every request of this web admin goes to that panel's web admin over the member endpoint (POST /fleet/relay, fleet keys only), its answer comes back under a bar Managing <panel> with Back to this panel, and each change is logged on that panel with who made it. On the panel, Manage opens the same in a WebView signed in to this panel's own web admin. The Settings rows stay as a quick view; the rebuilt section pages are gone.

Part D of the All panels redesign, on top of part C. Manage on a panel's detail opens that panel's own web admin through this one, as Proxmox does between its nodes: every page, setting and command is that panel's own, under a bar saying which panel is managed, with the way back. Each change made this way is written to that panel's log. On the panel's screen, Manage opens the same full screen. The Settings rows stay as a quick view.
