Summary

• Deliver committed Document synchronization events before rejecting stale Queries.
• Drain failed-read close events during explicit, post-response, and post-commit synchronization.
• Retire inconsistent sessions through the existing fatal path when synchronization delivery fails, including pre-write frame-size rejection.
• Add three deterministic Owner/server regressions and complete Plan 010.

Verification

• All 139 tests pass, including the three new synchronization regressions.
• Five consecutive focused regression runs pass.
• Intended red failures reproduced before fixes; independent review completed.
• Clippy, formatting, schema, stored-state, and whitespace checks pass.
• Verified locally on Linux; native Windows/macOS/MSRV verification remains for CI.
