Description

Prevents Vercel Preview Deployments from being created for Dependabot branches.

Adds a root vercel.json with a git.deploymentEnabled rule that disables deployments matching dependabot/*.

No other Vercel behavior is configured or changed. Vercel will continue to use the project's existing settings and automatic Next.js framework detection.

Normal development branch and pull request previews remain enabled. Production deployment behavior is unchanged.
