AgentInsight has not published a stable tagged release yet. Security fixes currently target the default branch.

Please open a private security advisory if the repository is hosted on GitHub with advisories enabled. If private advisories are not available, contact the repository maintainer directly before publishing details.

Do not include real Codex session data, secrets, local database files, or provider-owned files in public issues.

AgentInsight is designed to read provider data locally and store its own index locally. Provider-owned files such as history.jsonl, sessions/, and state_*.sqlite must be treated as read-only source data.
