What changed
Tightened repository documentation and agent instructions without changing product behavior.
The edit removes repeated policy-style phrasing, keeps agent guidance direct, and shortens duplicated security and migration language. The test plan keeps the same coverage and pass criteria while replacing repetitive goal boilerplate.

Validation
Reviewed the full branch diff against
mainfor authorization, credential, migration, rollback, recovery, and test semantics.Confirmed the branch changes only six Markdown files.

I checked the diff for real infrastructure addresses, credentials, Provider/subscription URLs, SSH material, generated client artifacts, recovery material, and other private state.
