Shared red on PRs: ground-truth part 1/2 tests/cobol_mainframe/test_cobolrt_api.py::test_the_manifest_is_the_sources_surface #7918
Description
Open PRs of different issues fail the same check on the same test or case, so the red came from main (the check does not run on main, so ci_digest cannot see it there):
ground-truth part 1/2:tests/cobol_mainframe/test_cobolrt_api.py::test_the_manifest_is_the_sources_surface
churn gives those PRs no fix worker. One run fixes main here; when its PR merges (Fixes this issue) churn updates each waiting PR with main. If main is green for these (the repro passes on origin/main), close this issue with that finding: the PRs go back to their own fixers.
