Re-survey of the census after #7930 (JSON GENERATE sets JSON-CODE 1 on a too-small receiver), at main
b91787d2b. Counts only:cics_census.py survey --baseline,blockers --baseline, thenhistory append --pr 7930, which adds the one line todocs/language_status/blockers_history.jsonl. No census source read, copied, edited or committed.Result
gap_prevalence, read-only, nothing written): 11 of 39 whole, 36 of 39 accounted, coverage if closed top 1 -> 13, top 3 -> 24, top 5 -> 32, top 10 -> 37 (upper bounds). Against the T9 comment: accounted 35 -> 36, top 1 12 -> 13, whole unchanged at 11.Class sweep
