Fix Somfy RTS control (added one byte)

Hello,

I just found a small bug about byte number for Somfy RTS control (13 -> 14). Here is a small patch.
It's working for me, but maybe someone else should check.

Hello,
I would like to control my somfy blinds with rfxcmd but do you know how to build the message?
./rfxcmd.py -d /dev/ttyUSB0 -s
I know that the first 2 bits are the message length and the next 2 bits are the protocol but after I'm stuck.

Merci cela a fonctionné avec mon NAS Synology. Par contre j'ai du mettre l'ID de mon store SOMFY en hexa dans la commande :

"0D1A00200F0F0F0101A100000000"

Je viens de commander mon RFXCOM Usb et mis à jour à la version 1039 c'est peut-être pour cela.

Bravo pour ton site qui explique bien les codes :)
