…dnight 2.1.1; pin catalog CI to Orca with editor tab icons and new files
…e-entry; pin catalog CI to the final Orca plugin stack head Midnight, Nord, OLED, Dusk & Ember, Excalidraw and Spreadsheet Viewer's newest releases had no images block, so their official covers did not show in Orca. Release entries are regenerated with the Orca validator that prints each manifest's cover and screenshots, release-entry.mjs keeps the previous release's images when a validator prints none, and Midnight 2.1.0 and OLED 1.1.0 are dropped: they need the same Orca as 2.1.1 and 1.1.1 and their covers were replaced.

Both are already allowed at the>=1.4.244engine floor.scripts/release-entry.mjs.orca-marketplace.json(the v1 catalog) is byte-identical to before.ORCA_REFis pinned to stablyai/orca@955a0142c201, which adds these fields.Please don't merge until the Orca stack lands.
