Main fails its typecheck and lint again. Two pull requests, #22682 and #25709, each fixed the same broken test by adding the same import line. They merged nine minutes apart, on different lines, so git combined them without a conflict, and the test now imports codexProviderHandle twice. Every pull request that merges main inherits the failure. This PR deletes the second import.

What Changed

• journal-submission-positions.test.ts: removes the duplicate import { codexProviderHandle } … line (line 22). Line 10's import stays, and the test still builds its handle with codexProviderHandle('thread-1').
• Test-only. Nothing users see changes.

Why

It's the only change needed. #25709 was reviewed against main before #22682 landed, and was merged without re-checking main.
