Problem

Main's typecheck fails: journal-submission-positions.test.ts calls codexProviderHandle but no longer imports it.

Two main PRs had each added the same import line. #25713 and #25717 each removed one copy, leaving none, and #25722 put one back. #25078 also removed that line so its CI could run past the duplicate, and its squash-merge removed it again after #25722 had restored it.
