自 38b1644…（38b1364）安装器测试引入以来，用例 53 无条件断言
shadow-dev.cmd存在，而.cmd按设计仅 Windows 生成 → ubuntu/macos 矩阵恒红（main 已红一天）。修复：断言改为existsSync(.cmd) === (platform() === win32)，同时钉住不越平台生成。知识卡片验证方式同步登记平台分支语义。关联 #22。
