两簇存量红：①用例 20 中文断言依赖 runner locale（mac/windows 为 en）→ 显式 SHADOW_DEV_LANG=zh；②windows 上 node 直 spawn tar 绑到 bsdtar 读不了 MSYS 路径 → 改 bash -c 与安装器同源。本地强制 en 已复现并验证转绿；知识卡片各追加一条约束。CI 9 格矩阵全绿为权威验证。关联 #25。
