Add dropdown for simultaneous attempts to hive chat

PR Review requirements

• Fix any linting issues
• Ensure that simultaneous attempts param is passed on send (initiate hive chat)
• Ensure simultaneous_attempts is sent to stakwork as part of set_var
• Add Tool tip (above) icon
• Create and combine the new SimultaneousAttemptsDropdown icon and number as one component AND create a new component (remove it from the hive chat file for modular design)
• Backend changes required on sphinx tribes to review:
