Add Hermes Tweet plugin to marketplace

Adds Hermes Tweet to the Claude Code marketplace catalog with a supported GitHub plugin source.

Why it fits:

• This repository is a Claude Code marketplace for agent tooling.
• Hermes Tweet adds a native Hermes Agent X/Twitter automation plugin for agent workflows that need social publishing or research context.
• The entry points to the public Xquik-dev/hermes-tweet repository and keeps the marketplace entry metadata self-contained.

Validation:

• Parsed .claude-plugin/marketplace.json with jq.
• Checked open and closed PRs and issues for Hermes Tweet, Xquik, Twitter, and X/Twitter overlap. No duplicates found.
• Reviewed licenses: target repository is MIT, Hermes Tweet is MIT.
