Host a demo instance

So we need:

• A .htaccess to properly allow access to the /indexes/ folder
• A cron to launch the crawling process periodically
• Some logs
• One to ten demo instances of djangoldp with users and skills properly generated and indexes made accessible
• Some way to manage what is going on (sentry ?)
• An interface with basic statistics ? (next steps)
