The operator-driven walk against app.statecraft.ing with org aigated: federated onboarding, tenant-less install, uninstall/reinstall symmetry, the gated delete with its hash-chained ledger trail, and the two-tier authorization checks all verified live. Item 3 stays open (it needs a second GitHub account holding admin on the same org); the spec stays in-progress on that single item. The §6 prerequisite fixes and the mid-walk defect fixes are recorded with their PR numbers.
