This PR:

  • adds new IFA homepage, about and students pages
  • adds custom site content page on the admin panel and a seeder to go with it
  • dropped the false (useFallbackLocale) arg from getTranslation() on site content so that it now falls back to another locale if the current one is missing, rather than returning null
  • updates gettext translations
