New docs preview: https://nitely.github.io/nim-json-rpc/

Structure based on vs-streamjsonrpc docs.

Changes:

  • Adds mdbook
  • Adds some missing exports in server/socketsserver.nim
  • Update readme to link to the docs and remove the rest of usage docs.
