Pull request overview
Updates the main navigation labels and ordering to better match the intended menu presentation.
Changes:
- Adjust menu label casing for “Smart contracts” (in two locations) and “API explorer”.
- Reorder the bottom-level nav items so “Sign message” appears before “Network limits”.
