Currently the run_all_figures.py script and README instructions for generating the figures assume access to the data on the Singer Lab server.
Once the dataset is fully uploaded to dandi (see https://dandiarchive.org/dandiset/001371), it would be helpful to update the instructions and code to make it easier to generate the paper figures using either the data on the server or data streamed from DANDI.
