fix(ci): run the Changesets version script explicitly - #40

pnpm version invokes the built-in version command and leaves the pending changeset untouched, producing an empty release PR. Invoke the package script explicitly so Changesets updates the version and changelog before publishing.

The release workflow opened an empty version PR because
pnpm versionruns pnpm's built-in command instead of this package'sversionscript. Usepnpm run versionso Changesets actually bumps the package, writes the changelog and consumes pending changesets.Validation: reproduced the original command printing 1.1.0 without changing files; the corrected command generated 1.1.1, generated CHANGELOG.md and consumed the pending patch changeset. Generated files were restored so the automated workflow performs the release. Biome and whitespace checks passed. No changeset is needed for this CI-only change.
