ucdaw trackpreset list [filter] lists the saved track presets, and ucdaw trackpreset load <name> loads one through Track > Load Track Preset and reports the channels it added. A preset is named by its path below Track Presets or by any unique tail of it; a name several presets share is refused with the choices, before anything connects to Studio Pro. MCP: list_track_presets and load_track_preset. Also adds ucdaw --version.

Adds track presets to ucdaw, from Clint's testing on Studio Pro 8.1.2.

ucdaw state. Unit tests use made-up preset names in a temp folder; nothing from a real machine is in the repo.Not covered: name, folder and template on
song new, and the open-window failures. Those need protocol work.
