Open Image Discovery (openImaDis) is an enterprise-wide image and analysis management software platform for Bio-Imaging researchers.
This platform consists of following components:
- Web Client
- A web based application for image, meta-data and analysis algorithms sharing and management
- Upload Client
- A java application to upload images to the server
- API
- SOAP based APIs to access images from programs
- Web Admin
- A web based interface to manage storage quota, users, permissions etc for images and meta-data.
openImaDis uses bioformats for parsing the microscopy images.
