update wizard to make it work with 0.2.0 release of sv2-apps#9

I guess this commands need update, now the branch release is in the format `release/v*.*.*`

I’d like a link to the release binaries or some kind of guidance that clearly tells the user to download the correct version if this isn’t their system architecture. The User-Agent string isn’t reliable metadata. For example, I’m on an Apple Silicon (M-series) machine, but macOS still reports an Intel User-Agent. I’ve confirmed this behavior in both Brave and Safari. At best, the User-Agent only allows for an educated guess.

I have tested the different scenarios and was able to run the docker and the binaries setup.

This PR updates the wizard to make the user download and use binaries and docker images which are gonna be published later today after the
sv2-appsv0.2.0 release.
