This PR adds a standalone example showing how AI agents using Stripe Agent Toolkit can bridge fiat credit card billing with SynapticChain's native 256-lane HTTP 402 micro-wallets ($0.0008).
It enables agents to execute sub-300ms on-chain micro-transactions without credit card chargeback overhead, while consolidating high-frequency executions into audited Stripe metered invoices with cryptographic Merkle root proofs.
