Adds the ability to load a user-specified COM interface (from another foobar2000 component) as host object into the WebView.
Adds the accompanying options to specify the module to load and the exported function needed to get the interface into the Preferences page.
As an extra, fixes the scaling of the Preferences page.
Tested for correct functionality using foo_vis_vumeter's COM interfaces.
