Roll the Unreleased changelog into 0.8.0 and bump all six plugins in lockstep (0.7.0 -> 0.8.0). Minor: everything since 0.7.0 is backward-compatible and additive -- rigging's service containers (postgres/mysql/redis alongside the test job, the final increment of #26) and the version-literal delitteralization that lets a lockstep bump run without breaking the suite (#29). README Status updated: rigging can now run a database alongside its tests.
