Roll the Unreleased changelog into 0.8.1 and bump all six plugins in lockstep (0.8.0 -> 0.8.1). Patch: every change is a fix to internals or tooling, no new feature or config surface -- the hull scanner-registry cleanup (#30), which registry-sources two scaffolder facts, regenerates all three hull goldens from sync_action_pins, copies scan_with like env, and documents trufflehog's manual bump path.
