Roll the Unreleased changelog into 0.9.0 and bump all six plugins in lockstep (0.8.1 -> 0.9.0). Minor: rigging's service containers gain an optional `database` key (default-preserving; a repo that guards its test DB by name can now drive rigging end to end -- the last #24-shaped adoption gap). Also carries the keel heredoc-evasion documentation note. No rendered workflow changed for any existing config. Minor release:
databasename (Adoption blockers found in a real repo: hull, bosun, and rigging each render artifacts that cannot work #24 follow-up) — default-preserving (an omitteddatabasereproduces every existing golden byte-for-byte), rejected for redis, so a repo whose test harness guards on the DB name can drive rigging end to end.No rendered workflow changed for any existing config. Suite 1456 passing.
