Bring the prose docs in line with what shipped this cycle: - `insto @user` pre-selects the REPL target on launch (README, index, basic-usage). - Six colour themes + the live-preview `/theme` picker (README, index, basic-usage). - Full REPL shortcut set (Ctrl+T/L/C) and that `/help` is grouped by category (basic-usage). cli-reference.md already carries the per-command `/theme` + shortcut tables.
