Summary

  • close the Nightingale five-patient cohort checklist with redacted production evidence
  • record exact-SHA release, zero-write preview, five-member provisioning, 30 projection reads, and 20 directed isolation denials
  • document suspend, disabled-login proof, recovery, final zero-active-session/token state, and the WAN-outage verification boundary
  • add the required paired execution devlog without duplicating PR Salvage the Nightingale governance layer from #92, and stop identity collisions recurring #111 artifacts or touching superseded app paths

Validation

  • git diff --cached --check
  • targeted Prettier check on all three Markdown files
  • staged gitleaks scan with redaction: no leaks
  • link targets verified
  • production structural verify: 5 principals, 5 links, 5 grants, 5 encounters, 30 projections
  • black-box production proof: 5 logins, 30 owned reads, 20 generic cross-account denials
  • kill-switch proof: 5 denied logins while suspended; successful recovery; final 0 active sessions / 0 tokens

Deployment note

Application SHA ce9202cc70245afd4c2df1c1ed6620709978753d is installed and internally verified. The acknowledged WAN outage still prevents the ordinary public-DNS HTTPS smoke; the exact release, services, TLS vhost, production assets, headers, denial policy, and storage were verified over the documented internal path. No migration was used.
