此前方案基于落后远端 55 个提交的本地副本，误把主线已有的后台服务与执行所有权列为待实现工作。本 PR 对照 a48d170 的源码校正架构说明，保留 Expo、RuntimeOwner、ExecutionOwner 和现有 MooseExecutionService，并明确 30 分钟预算、通知准入、重复任务与进程恢复边界。
补充用户 Android 真机验收计划，区分普通锁屏、Doze、网络中断和 Termux 不可用；说明现有开发探针不能直接用于 Release 真机验证，专用受控测试包需后续单独实现。
验证：两份文档通过 Prettier；相对链接、代码围栏和中文标点检查通过；提交差异仅包含两份新文档。未修改业务代码，未重新运行应用测试、原生构建、模拟器或真机测试，未发送真实模型请求。用户已表示可承担后续 Android 真机验证。
