docs(attack-db): sync export to 1048 after Vietnamese merge (#31)#59

Merging the Vietnamese patterns (GLS-ML-VI-001/002) brought the source to 1048. Regenerated the attack-db mirror so manifest + README match (1048 / 65 categories) and normalized the two new JSONs to the canonical exporter format. Released site/PyPI stats stay at v0.2.66/1046 until the next version ships these.

Regenerates the attack-db mirror after PR #31 so manifest.json + README + the two new VI JSONs are consistent at 1048 patterns / 65 categories. Source-only; released site/PyPI stats stay v0.2.66/1046 until next release. patterns.py unchanged.
