What changed

  • add a standalone workshops/ Netlify project inside the existing repository
  • keep the current bysunling.com deployment unchanged during the migration
  • copy workshop pages, Functions, tests, assets, and Supabase migrations into the new project boundary
  • add a workshop homepage for workshops.bysunling.com
  • add a draft “记录工作坊” page and a third-cohort planning baseline
  • update server-owned signup and feedback sources for the new subdomain
  • add a transition migration that allows both old and new feedback source URLs

Deployment boundary

This is phase 1 only. It deliberately does not remove the existing root-level workshop pages. After the new Netlify Site and custom domain are working, a follow-up PR can replace the old URLs with permanent redirects and remove the duplicated root files.

Netlify settings and the migration order are documented in workshops/README.md.

Verification

  • npm test: 12 tests passed
  • npx netlify build --offline: production build passed; 6 Functions bundled
  • checked all 10 HTML files for missing local assets/links
  • git diff --check: passed
