…host - .codex-plugin: listing URLs, capabilities, starter prompts, five positive and three negative review cases, release notes, and OAuth (CIMD) in mcp.json, which OpenAI's portal reads when connecting the server. - plugins/mailly/assets/icon.svg is now Mailly's current green icon; the old blue one was what the plugin and registry listing showed. - mcp.mailly.site serves /favicon.* and the app icons from mailly.site, so connector UIs that look up the MCP host's favicon get the current icon. Before: the plugin's icon was Mailly's old blue logo,
mcp.mailly.sitehad no favicon (404), so connector UIs that look up the MCP host's icon fell back to stale or generic images, and the Codex manifest lacked the fields OpenAI's plugin portal needs (listing URLs, capabilities, review cases, OAuth settings). After: the plugin icon is the current green logo (copied from mailly.site/favicon.svg),
mcp.mailly.site/favicon.ico|svgand the app icons are served from mailly.site's current files, and.codex-plugin/plugin.json+mcp.jsoncarry everything the OpenAI portal imports. How:
