#Potholes NYC

Potholes NYC will allow users to report potholes then will display all the reported potholes on a map.

##Objectives:

• Read locations from mobile devices
• Store location data
• Show locations on a google map
• Check for duplicate reports
  • Change routing for reporting a hole to the map page
  • Display number of times that hole has been reported
• Put on Heroku
• Change alert message
• Show a count of pot holes on a given route
