Adds the skill-best-practices adapter enforcing Agent Skill authoring best-practices (per github.com/mgechev/skills-best-practices) on every skills/<id>/SKILL.md manifest: - non-empty file (error) - has YAML frontmatter (error) - name present, equals parent dir, matches ^[a-z0-9]+(-[a-z0-9]+)*$ (error) - description present and <= 1024 chars (error) - <= 500 lines (warning) Registered in createDefaultEngine so the runner discovers it. Mirrors the board-yaml-completeness / board-story-completeness adapter pattern. Adds a 14-case vitest mirroring existing adapter tests.
