zh_CN.lua redone

This PR updates zh_CN to e05da9c , supersedes #169

100% manmade, finger-typed with love for AIJ, by a certified veteran in translation. AI is good but when it comes to translation, we can't be too careful with it.

A few things to point out:

• Some entries would seem "undone": Most of which are intentional: (1) Would be better not to translate them, or (2) It's not implemented/visible in-game yet. bl_aij_the_umbilical is an exception as it needs further confirmation: See About the name "Chunyu" and some other Chinese jesters #235
• The Credits part on top of it was removed as the PR basically rewrote the whole thing, for the reason that its overall quality was not, really, up to standard. Anyway shout out to the OG contributors and its removal was a personal choice so feel free to edit this PR to shove the lines back in but don't include mine. The commit history would be enough to do the trick.

I trust this is correct. Also, @ChromaPIE i'm not sure if you're in the discord server or not, but we recently made a channel dedicated to localization stuff. You can also talk to Nevernamed about the Chunyu stuff, he would also like to.
