Document PlantUML as the default format for generated report diagrams and keep draw.io reserved for manual edit round-trips. Preserve PlantUML SVG paint in dark reports instead of recoloring the diagram internals, while keeping focus and search overlays themed. Add an agent_diagram PlantUML facade for diff reports. The feedback server can return editable PlantUML source, save it back as structured JSON, and render previews without writing report artifacts. The report editor now opens a two-pane PlantUML workspace with live preview, bidirectional source/diagram traceability, line targeting for errors, and PlantUML diagnostic SVGs when rendering fails. Keep the PlantUML editor regression covered in single-html reports, stabilize diff report font metrics across platforms, and reduce noisy harness lock/recovery failures by avoiding repeated adapter schema DDL in hook hot paths. Also clean up stale limited-bash active markers and avoid resuming Codex sessions while a live thread-writer lock is still present. Coalesce repeated diff file sections before rendering review comments. Keep review comment navigation expanded and synchronize active file state with visible comment and file headers. Move diagram feedback status into Settings and make Windows report typography and layout use platform-aware defaults. Initialize the Windows layout class before story scripts so the review-tree splitter reset matches the visible default.
