Make an observable data

• The observer array is left empty as of now, but in future data can be pushed(at each prop or create) to maintain all the states of data.

File specifications

• index.js : consists of the test cases.
• script.js : consists of the code of the observable and data changes in the observable.
• utils.js : consists of the code for common functionality and reusable code.
