This pull request refactors the authentication workflow by replacing localStorage with secure HTTP cookies to store JWT tokens. This change enhances security and improves the handling of authentication tokens across the application.
Changes made:
Introduced a new Redux-based authentication logic that seamlessly manages login and logout workflows with improved state management and security.
Ensured JWT tokens are stored and accessed securely via cookies, preventing potential XSS vulnerabilities.
Implemented robust token refresh and expiration handling within Redux to maintain user sessions smoothly.
Additional fixes:
Corrected a typo in the "Forgot Password" text.
Removed the duplicate /home route entry in App.jsx for cleaner routing.
