Expands the Sister projects section to the shared canonical order/style: meteor-decomp (top), decomp-agents, Garlemald Server, XIV 1.0 Apple Silicon Installer, and the new XIV 1.0 Linux Installer. Also unifies the bullet style with the other repos.
