An issue on PHP 8.3 is this strtolower: Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated.
When the extension is applied to a page, the deprecation warning thrown prevents the page from being created as no Country value is present yet.

Thanks for pointing that out. Will look into it. Seems the owner of this repo is not responding. Made this PR last year...
