Aligns with Synesis markdown layout: title, tagline, badges, TOC, then Introduction and body sections
Aligns all Synesis Go libraries on a common module baseline. Library source is largely Go 1.21-compatible; follow-up work remains for Diagnosticism x/term, p99/syngo examples, and republishing the STEGoL/ver2go dependency chain.
Use master, dev, then boilerplate, idiomatic, rc1, rc2, rc3 in .github/workflows/go.yml across all Go projects.
Add a lint job (golangci-lint --fast) and identical .golangci.yml across all Go projects; align build-matrix floors to go.mod (1.21 default, 1.23 syngo, 1.24 Diagnosticism.Go).
Record that go floors, CI matrices, and go mod tidy must wait on newly published Synesis tags, with each project's predecessor list.
Replace parenthesized and dashed prerelease headings with hyphen-compact -alphaN/-betaN labels (ANGoLS, STEGoL, libCLImate.Go, Diagnosticism.Go).
