Add 1.11.12 capturing the house form <subproject>_C_, the known mixed/UPPER exception pockets (STLSoft_C_, WinSTL_C_, PathType, PATH_CLASSIFY_IMPL), and an open decision on STLSOFT_C_* macros.
Rename STLSoft_C_string_copy* → stlsoft_C_* and WinSTL_C_FileInformation_* → winstl_C_*, retaining deprecated wrappers via STLSOFT_DECLARE_FUNCTION_DEPRECATION_IN_FAVOUR_OF; update unixstl directory_functions call sites; bump per-file REVISION/EDIT.

Rename WinSTL_C_PathType_* / UNIXSTL_C_PathType_* to winstl_C_PathType_* / unixstl_C_PathType_*; retain legacy names as documentation-hidden macros until at least STLSoft 1.13.
